Good afternoon! We have bought a house with the detached concrete pad for a future garage. Before building the garage my husband wants to enlarge the concrete pad for 4 feet towards the house (not in width). We currently have the concrete pad 20 feet x 20 Feet. But we want to enlarge it (20 feet x 24 feet). Do wee need a permission for it and from where to take it? Thank you!
