After recent sell of our home we moved into a new apt complex near Kingwood, TX. We also rent the 3 garages underneath our apt. Unfortunately we did not realize before moving in that ALL of them are not secure at the bottom as there is no seal at all being as there is a noticeable gap between concrete slab and where the door actually stops. I am aggravated bc every spider, bug, speck of dirt/grass ( and I would assume other “critters” as well could get in, which will LITERALLY make me have to just move immediately 🤔😂) get inside our units. We are about to sign a one year lease but I must have some sort of resolution to this issue and fast. Is this something you can help me with? ANY and ALL information you could provide me with would be greatly appreciated as I am just starting to do some serious research. Thank you
