Garaga is looking for a Distributor Field Advisor for its plant in Ponca City, OK. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our distribution operations; conducting site visits, verifying inventory, evaluating processes, and identifying opportunities to strengthen our performance and protect our bottom line.
JOB SUMMARY:

- Compensation: Based on experience
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Our Distributor Field Advisor Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine cycle counts at distribution centers, warehouses, and field locations.
- Verify inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliation.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, system processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, process/system gaps, and potential fraud or loss risks.
- Document visit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor follow-up on visit findings to ensure resolution.
- Review shipping, receiving, and storage processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze data trends to detect recurring issues or inefficiencies.
- Support internal and external Inventory requirements as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Qualifications and Skills We Are Looking for in our Distributor Field Advisor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and distribution processes.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Willingness to travel frequently to field locations.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or retail environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
