first and last time I will EVER call Allison's for anything! I was charged over $100 for a technician to turn 1 screw... that's it. I later called to see if there was a mistake in the billing and spoke to a lady who was no help at all. she actually just gave me that passive aggressive attitude. almost like she was laughing in my face. NOT IMPRESSED

Scott H, I am sorry to hear you that you have had a bad experience with our company. I cannot comment on the treatment you recieved on the phone but every client is valuable to us and it is our policy to treat people in a kind and courteous manner. I will be sure to check into this and want to offer our sincerest appology if our personell have been in any way disrespectful to your concerns. To explain our invoicing polocies pertianing to your situation , we have a minumum charge of 90.00 + taxes = 103.50 , this covers the first 1/2 hour for the two technicans and the truck and equipment as well as there time to travel to get to your location (this is not cheap and we cover a very large area at this rate). It was unfortunate that the only issue was the bottom limit of your operator was set incorrectly and was off a full inch, the floor had obviously heaved up a lot (due to frost) and you will more than likely need to reset the limit when the frost comes out of the ashphalt floor, as was explained by the tec.. There was some build up under the tracks to be cleared out and this took the technicans 15 min to cmplete.. while our tecs were there they did a full service on the door as well as free lubrication of your system...
