I called Mark, who had been out to my house in 2011 for a spring replacement, and I told him I needed a new door. He stopped by later that same day, took measurements, and showed me door design options. I picked a door, and two days later Mark installed it. It looks fabulous! If there was a rating higher than a five that's what I would give him!

He diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part in his truck and replaced the worn gear quickly. He obviously knows what he is doing. He made additional adjusts to the work and lubricated the mechanism without extra charge. The door operates better and more quietly than I can remember. Throughout the process he was friendly and pleasant. I'll call The Doors any time I have a garage door need.

Furthermore, I had been laboring for months on which manufacturer to use. He pointed out aspects I never considered, helping me finalize Garaga. The torsion spring broke some time during the weekend. Called on Monday morning, & they were out to my house within 2 hours. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. He diagnosed the problem right away. He had the correct part on the service truck & installed the new spring in about 30 minutes. Now that is exceptional service!!! I will recommend The Doors Inc. to anyone that has a garage door problem!
