I have a auto door opener installed that has no power to it because the installer is not a certified electrician. Nothing was said about needing one or unable to hook up any time during the ordering… Read more I have a auto door opener installed that has no power to it because the installer is not a certified electrician. Nothing was said about needing one or unable to hook up any time during the ordering process.
The opener was ordered before Christmas and wasn't installed til middle of February.

Hi Lesley, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Our technicians install and service garage doors and openers and our quotes do state that our service does not include external wiring. Your son originally asked for a quote on Dec. 12/17, then on Jan. 11/18 he asked for it to be put in your name and ordered. The quote also states that any additional parts and the labour to install them is extra, there were additional parts, this is the reason the invoice was a little higher than the quote. We then had to co-ordinate both our schedules for your install after the operator and parts arrived. We appreciate your business and hope this clears up some of the questions you may have had.
