Carwal representative was knowledgeable and listened to out needs abs wants. The installation was seamless and the installer was very tidy. We love the option of the App that allows you to open and close your garage doors. This is very beneficial when you are having a package delivered.

My husband phoned and spoke to a Car-Wal rep and told him we needed 12' wide panels. The rep asked for the serial number on the door. We gave him the serial #, he said that the serial number was… Read more My husband phoned and spoke to a Car-Wal rep and told him we needed 12' wide panels. The rep asked for the serial number on the door. We gave him the serial #, he said that the serial number was for a 14' wide door, my husband told him AGAIN ours were 12' wide. The installer never came out to measure and showed up with 14' panels. He left with the panels 15 min. later. WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING STATEMENTS FOR PANELS AND INSTALLATION THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
