After explaining my problem I was given a quote over the phone and was scheduled for service later the same day. Two technicians arrived that afternoon, resolved the problem and the charge was as quoted with no surprises. This is a perfect example of how service should be delivered!

I wish they finish entire work end-to-end (not just door section replacement).

And they repeated they… Read more The company is great, to install the door section. They made the fix of the section no-one else could replace. However when we first met, they promised to install door stoppers. And they repeated they will do it when they were onsite. That being said, once door has been installed, and order was paid - they lost interest, and never called back on my ask to finish. Very unfortunate. I loved the guys who installed the door, i just wish they finish their work.
