The Service Technician (Larry) showed up… Read more Called Dor-Co for a quote on replacement of a broken coil spring on one of our Garage Doors and pro-active replacement of the same spring on the other Door. The Service Technician (Larry) showed up the next day (St Clair Township) and replaced both springs in an extremely efficient manner, then did an overall maintenance of the hardware on both Doors. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience and how proficient and personable the Technician was to interact with. Highly recommended.

Doorco agrees that it’s terrible, but will do nothing about it.
Please visit another company who will take better care of their customers after installation

At DOR-CO Garage Doors we’re more than happy to work with the customer to repair or replace the faulty situation with a discount however we cannot replace something under warranty if it is 2x outside of the warranty period. The accent woodtone warranty specific for fading is a 3 year warranty, the door in question is over 6 years old. We would be happy to offer you a discount on a new door face or provide you with painting instructions. Please let us know if you wish to pursue either of these options.

Within an hour the the service technician was there… Read more I called for assistance after my garage door came apart at the wall. The manager assured me someone would assist us since the car was in the garage. Within an hour the the service technician was there and started to fix the problems. He was knowledgeable, quick and very professional. In fact, he tightened, lubricated and repaired several items. Now our door is so quiet and smooth it's like new. Very reasonable as well. Customer Service person that answered my call was helpful and caring, making sure we were able to get into our garage as the main spring and both cables had broken. She got us on their repair board ASAP and they were actually able to send a tech a day before they had originally promised.
When Warren arrived to fix the problem he was very professional and had a “can-do” attitude.
