Since it was after hours we left a VM and online request. We were contacted first thing in the morning and Arlis was here by 1P the same day. New mechanism was installed and opener was fixed within the hour. Arlis even showed me the parts he replaced and explained how it works. He is a courteous young man who knows what he is doing. SO happy to have the problem solved completely and quickly.
