I… Read more I contacted the Garage Store ,Orillia on a Friday morning regarding a broken spring on the door. By 1pm they had been at my house and placed a clamp on the spring, which allowed me to use the door. I was advised they would be back within the week with new spring. And they were, 8:30am Thurs. Great service. The service techs were good guys and did their company proud. Price was good. Thanks to all involved.

I was told the price for a temporary fix & cost to replace with a new spring. Service rep, Austin arrived and found more problems with door equipment & explained what was needed & rough cost. When new parts arrive Austin was here first thing & completed the repairs, was helpful with adjustments to the garage door opener. Very Professional Austin, thank you.
