The doors look great. The installer made an off-color, casually racist joke that is just unacceptable in 2015. He wasn't rude or aggressive, nor was the comment directed toward me. I was disappointed by his choice in language and it bares mentioning.

John, while I am pleased that you had a good experience overall, I agree that racist or off-color jokes are not acceptable. I have directed this to the service manager to address with the installer. Hopefully nothing like this will happen again. Thank you.

I would like to start by saying that I am so very sorry you did not have a good experience with us. One of our most important goals is to have happy, satisfied customers. We have been in business for over 55 years trying to do just that. As a company grows, so can some problems which we try to use as educational tools. In the beginning a small company has one or two people to cover everything. Now we need a service department, sales department, installation department, billing department and customer service department. We do strive for accuracy. I know that many things are beyond our control-the battery back-up failing, for example. But in the end, it is up to us to make sure that everything works out correctly.

I opened up a concrete wall in an effort to install two garage doors. Garaga provided outstanding service right from the beginning. From assisting us with a detailed schematic of how to do it to the final installation they were excellent in their advice and service. The doors themselves are very nice and overall we are very satisfied with our choice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The only feedback I would provide is that communications between the initial order and scheduling the installation were lacking. It was almost two months and I had to initiate phone calls to quiry about status that several times went unreturned but the end result is great.

Glad to here most of your experience was a good one. As a company grows, there become more people doing jobs that had been handled by one person. So Henry was your salesperson but he has absolutely nothing to do with scheduling. Please accept my apology for an inconvenience caused in waiting.

Mr. Hughes:
I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our installer. We work hard training our team on both the technical aspects and also the professional aspects of our business. We set high expectations and have a 12 point Code of Conduct for our installers to adhere to.
At present we employ over 70 people and I assure you that this was an anomaly. I researched your job and discovered that the installer (who historically has been one of our best representatives) gave his two week notice the very next day to pursue another career. This blind sided us but also sheds light on his attitude at your home. Regardless he was wrong.
Again, I apologize for your experience and we will continue to work hard to avoid situations like this in the future.
