I have an older garage with low ceilings and other install challenges. Door systems felt up to the challenge when others were skeptical and really did a nice job.Right on schedule I might add.

I am glad we decided to install our new garage doors by Jayton Door Corp! Our new doors are much better than what we first had when we purchased our new house. The installers were great, and explained everything so I am able to operate the doors the way that they are meant to be operated.

The doors look great. The installer made an off-color, casually racist joke that is just unacceptable in 2015. He wasn't rude or aggressive, nor was the comment directed toward me. I was disappointed by his choice in language and it bares mentioning.

John, while I am pleased that you had a good experience overall, I agree that racist or off-color jokes are not acceptable. I have directed this to the service manager to address with the installer. Hopefully nothing like this will happen again. Thank you.
