It turns out all she needed was a new garage door opener. My mom was shocked that they didn’t over sell her and make her by a new door. She said I’m so happy there are still honest people in the world. A week later they installed her new garage door opener. She loves how quiet it is, and the install was done so quickly and they are all so professional.

I was very pleased and impressed with the knowledge and service of my sales consultant Jodie Boccard. I previously met with 3 other garage companies and did not get a detailed description of door choices the way Jodie gave. After reviewing samples and discussing options with Jodie I felt very confident about my choice of doors. I had the doors installed I am very impressed with the service and the doors are absolutely beautiful!

The installation was efficient and neat - however we did encounter a few issues. 3 door panels had minor defects - installer documented the defects and guaranteed a follow-up.
After 3 days (Saturday morning) we got an error message on one of the doors (excessive force) and now it won’t work. Website hours say open Sat 9-1, wasn’t the case when I called Sat morning.
