Now we can't hear wind howling past the seals, can't see daylight coming in past the seals and the garage is keeping more of the heat.

I called and was told they could get someone out right away for an emergency fee, or they could get someone out the very next day without the fee. Since I had use of another car I opted to wait. First thing this morning Cole and Brian showed up, repaired the spring in no time while I watched, lubicrated and serviced both garage doors & troubleshot a loose wire in a controller. They were great, efficient and friendly!
