We had Shaker XL doors installed. From our initial contact with Dee in your showroom, to the visit by Monty to provide us with a quote and then the installation by Scott, we found the staff at The Garage Door Depot to be very professional and courteous. As this was our first experience replacing garage doors, we had several questions that were patiently answered. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service provided and quality of our Garaga doors.

The only issues I had my garage door had to do with being sent incorrect information for my warranty registration and the survey that you wanted me to fill out. In both instances I had to contact the company to get the correct information. The door looks great and works well.

, his second message quite offensive, indicating I have not responded to phone messages or several emails- which I do think were sent, about payment. When I did get a email the following week, I responded immediately, not knowing about phone mess -
