 As a Garaga Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Provide technical support for our residential and commercial garage doors to our dealers and installers.
  • Respond to requests from our dealers and installers.
  • Prepare quotes and manage claims.
  • Provide technical support for our management tools and systems.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support our sales and marketing teams.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes.

 Are You the Team Player We Are Looking for?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Advance-level English
  • Intermediate-level French
  • Degree in accounting or graphic communications management or any other relevant training
  • Be a “people person” with attention to detail
  • Ability to work and share information in a team
  • Knowledge of Office Suite
  • Experience is more important than a degree
