G-7000 Commercial Garage Door

An economical commercial garage door with high standards

The G-7000 is a pre-painted steel commercial garage door. It is 1 3/8" (35mm) thick and is insulated with high-pressure injected polyurethane foam. Its thermal resistance factor is R-12 (RSI 2.1). This model is available only with 2" (50 mm) commercial tracks and hardware. This is the ideal door for limited operation (5 or 6 times per day).

Features

  1. 26-gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel with wood grain finish on both sides of the door. Available in white only.
  2. Rustproof baked-on polyester paint. Can be repainted.
  3. 1 3/8" (35 mm) insulated door with high-pressure injected polyurethane foam ensuring a high thermal-resistance rating of R-12 (k=0.476 W/m2K), and the solidity of a composite material.
  4. Solid mechanical overlap joint: increases the weather tightness of the door and prevents delamination.
  5. Thermal break between the interior and exterior faces of each section.
  6. Flexible tubular bottom weather stripping ensuring the weather tightness of the threshold.
  7. 14-gauge reinforcement plates placed in the interior of the door where hinges and handles are attached.
  8. Wood end blocks provide a thermal break with the exterior of the door. Steel end caps are available as an option.
  9. Door weight: 1.75 lbs/ft2 (8.53 kg/m2)
  10. 13-gauge or 14-gauge, 2" (50 mm) hardware tracks. Torsion spring. Sturdy galvanized steel suited to the door's usage. Springs from 25,000 to 100,000 cycles (optional) are recommended for high-cycle doors.
