Commercial garage door offering maximum resistance to impact
Made of galvanized steel, these overhead commercial doors offer unmatched solidity. The steel used (0.60 or 0.84 mm, 20 or 23 ga.) combined with the injection of CFC-free polyurethane foam, provides a high thermal-resistance factor and sturdiness second to none. Even if these doors are heavier, their hardware systems have been designed to last. The G-2000 overhead door model is made of 23-gauge steel on both sides of the door. The G-3000 overhead door model is made of 20-gauge steel on the outside and 23-gauge on the inside.

- Rustproof baked-on polyester paint. Can be repainted.
- 1 3/4" (44.5 mm) insulated door with high-pressure injected polyurethane foam ensuring a high thermal-resistance rating of R-16 (k=0.357 W/m2K), and the solidity of a composite material.
- Solid mechanical overlap joint increases the weather tightness of the door and prevents delamination.
- Thermal break between the interior and exterior faces of each section.
- Flexible tubular bottom weather stripping ensuring the weather tightness of the threshold.
- 2 1/2" (64 mm) flexible top weather stripping.
- 14-gauge reinforcement plates placed in the interior of the door where hinges and handles are attached.
- Wood end blocks, guaranteed against cracking, provide a thermal break with the exterior of the door. Aluminum end caps are available as an option.
- Door weight: G-2000 - 2.85 lb/ft2 (13.9 kg/m2), G-3000 - 3.15 lb/ft2 (15.4 kg/m2),
- 13-gauge, 2" (50 mm) hardware tracks or 12-gauge, 3" (75 mm) industrial tracks. Torsion spring. Sturdy galvanized steel suited to door usage. Spring from 25,000 to 200,000 cycles are recommended for high cycle doors.
