We had a great experience with Automatic Door Company. We had both our garage doors and openers installed. Bob was a true professional from start to finish. He was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. Bob’s team did a good job with the installation and he followed up to make sure everything was working as expected. Bob and his team are true professionals. They demonstrated patience and tenacity in solving an unsolvable mystery in a product that worked for years and then developed "gremlins". In a tremendous show of customer first Bob made the decision to replace our opener at cost with a different make. I can't tell you a time when I have been more impressed with a service provider.

My wife and I finally made the move to replace our old doors and openers. Bob's professionalism during the sales process and the work done by Mike and Johnny, the technicians who installed everything, were outstanding. The product quality is terrific, too. The old openers, which were only about five years old and bought at one of the big home stores, rattled the house. The new belt-drive openers are so quiet we can hardly hear them operate. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience (...) or the products we purchased.

Bob and his team were fast in their communication (often hard to find in services!), listened to what I needed and made appropriate suggestions to fit my needs. The cable broke on my garage door. I called with my issue and they were able to get service technician to my house within a few hours. My service tech Mike was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the cable but inspected everything else to be sure it was safe and functional. Thanks Mike! Excellent service!

It is a pleasure doing business with Bob at Automatic Door Co. We have had both of our door openers installed and serviced by Automatic Door. Mike and Bob are great and provide excellent, competent, concerned service; they come when you call and when they say they will. They really care about your problem and try to get there as soon as possible. We have used them many times over the years and have been happy. They even answer the phone and return calls! They serve their customers well!

5:30 a.m. The Spring broke on our door and by noon the next day we were back up and working perfectly. Bob's Team answered my voice mail and returned my call promptly and johnie the service tech was nothing but the Best !!

Bob knows garage doors. Period. Came home from a weekend away and found a snapped torsion spring. Not the safest of DIY projects, so I looked for help. They swapped out the springs, checked everything else, adjusted the door to ensure safety, and off he went. Friendly, reasonable, and you can tell he knows his craft. I will not hesitate to call him up in the future. Thanks!

We heard a loud bang in the house after investigating we found r garage door spring broke
Called up after dinner on fri next day sat am got a call he said he was busy till thurs I said ok I can wait because we used him awhile ago and the service was great he called back and said I will try to get there

If you need to replace your garage doors, call these guys. Professional, quality craftsmanship. Can barely hear the doors opening and closing and there is exactly zero gap between house and door now. winter will be a lot better with these new doors. even broom cleaned the garage when they were done. Highly recommend.
